Maximum Net Investment definition

Maximum Net Investment means the sum of each of the Allocable Portions of Maximum Net Investment set forth opposite each Alternate Investor’s name on Schedule A attached hereto.

Maximum Net Investment. At any time, an amount equal to the Facility Limit divided by 1.02.

Maximum Net Investment means, at any time, an amount equal to the aggregate Commitments of the Committed Investors and rounded down to the nearest $1,000. Effective as of the Closing Date, the PNC Committed Investor has no related Conduit Investor.
