Committed Investors means (a) for the BANA Investor Group, the BANA Committed Investors, (b) for the MUFG Investor Group, the MUFG Committed Investors, (c) for the TD Bank Investor Group, the TD Bank Committed Investors and (d) for any other Investor Group, each of the Persons executing this Agreement in the capacity of a “Committed Investor” for such Investor Group in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and, in each case, successors and permitted assigns.
Committed Investors means (a) for the PNC Investor Group, the PNC Committed Investors, (b) for the MUFG Investor Group, the Gotham Committed Investors, and (c) for any other Investor Group, each of the Persons executing this Agreement in the capacity of a “Committed Investor” for such Investor Group in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and, in each case, successors and permitted assigns.
Committed Investors means Paribas and any other Investor designated as a Committed Investor in the applicable Assignment Agreement.

Committed Investors means (a) for the Rabobank Investor Group, the Rabobank Committed Investors and (b) for any other Investor Group, each of the Persons executing this Agreement in the capacity of a “Committed Investor” for such Investor Group in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and, in each case, successors and permitted assigns.
Committed Investors means (a) for the Mizuho Investor Group, Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and (b) for any other Investor Group, each of the Persons executing this Agreement in the capacity of a “Committed Investor” for such Investor Group in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and, in each case, successors and permitted assigns.

Committed Investors means (a) for the Bank of America Investor Group, the XX XXXX Committed Investors and (b) for any other Investor Group, each of the Persons executing this Agreement in the capacity of a “Committed Investor” for such Investor Group in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and, in each case, successors and permitted assigns.
