Conduit Investor is defined in the preamble.

Conduit Investor means any Person that shall become a party to this Agreement in the capacity as a “Conduit Investor” and any Conduit Assignee of any of the foregoing.

Conduit Investor means the Class A Conduit Investor(s) and/or the Class B Conduit Investor(s), as applicable.

Examples of Conduit Investor in a sentence

Upon receipt of any request described in clause (b) above, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Funding Agent thereof, each of which Funding Agents shall notify each Conduit Investor, if any, and each Committed Note Purchaser in its Investor Group thereof.
Any amount that a Class B Conduit Investor does not pay pursuant to the operation of the second proviso of the preceding sentence shall not constitute a claim (as defined in Section 101 of the Bankruptcy Code) against or obligation of such Class B Conduit Investor for any such insufficiency.
Any amount that a Class A Conduit Investor does not pay pursuant to the operation of the second proviso of the preceding sentence shall not constitute a claim (as defined in Section 101 of the Bankruptcy Code) against or obligation of such Class A Conduit Investor for any such insufficiency.
Upon any assignment in whole by a Conduit Investor to the Committed Investors in its Investor Group on or after the Conduit Investment Termination Date as contemplated hereunder, such Conduit Investor shall cease to make any additional Investments or Reinvestments hereunder.
At all times prior to the Conduit Investment Termination Date, nothing herein shall prevent the Conduit Investor from making a subsequent Investment or Reinvestment hereunder, in its sole discretion, following any assignment pursuant to this Section 3.1 or from making more than one assignment pursuant to this Section 3.1.

More Definitions of Conduit Investor

Conduit Investor means Gotham and any other Person that shall become a party to this Agreement in the capacity as a “Conduit Investor” and any Conduit Assignee of any of the foregoing.

Conduit Investor means Xxxxxxxx Funding Corporation and any party added as a Conduit Investor pursuant to Section 12.3 or designated as a Conduit Investor in the applicable Assignment Agreement.

Conduit Investor has the meaning set forth in the preamble to the Series 2021-1 Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement.

Conduit Investor and “Conduit Investors” have the meaning specified in the preamble hereto.

Conduit Investor means Liberty Street, Gotham, Atlantic, and any other Person that shall become a party to this Agreement in the capacity as a “Conduit Investor” and any Conduit Assignee of any of the foregoing.

Conduit Investor means Paradigm, GBFC or Liberty Street Funding LLC.
