Materials Recycling Facility definition

Materials Recycling Facility means a Facility for the receipt, processing and marketing of Recyclable Materials, which is not accessible to the public;
Materials Recycling Facility means a facility that receives recyclable materials for mechanical or manual sorting into specification–grade commodities for sale to a broker or end market.
