Materials recovery facility means a solid waste management facility that provides for the extraction from solid waste of recyclable materials, materials suitable for use as a fuel or soil amendment, or any combination of such materials.
Juvenile correctional center, "JCC," or "facility" means a public or private facility, operated by or under contract with the Department of Juvenile Justice, where 24-hour per day care is provided to residents under the direct care of the department.
Specialty Drugs means drugs listed on the Approved Drug List meeting certain criteria, such as:
Cost recovery means collection, upon approval by the commission pursuant to its authority under section4909.15 of the Revised Code, of such documented EDU interconnection costs that are incurred at reasonable levels for prudent purposes and that are over and above the review processing fees set forth in rules 4901:1-22-06 to 4901:1-22-08 of the Administrative Code.
Specialty contractor means a person who is licensed to conduct business as described in subsection 4 of NRS 624.215.
Specialty drug means a prescription drug that:
Government energy aggregation program means a program and
Postpartum recovery means (a) the entire period a woman or
MRP means the maximum retail price, excluding taxes, payable by a Subscriber for A-la Carte Channels or Bouquet of Pay Channels as notified by STAR in terms of the Tariff Order 2017 and as set out in Annexure A of the SLA as maybe amended from time to time;
Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.
Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.
Disaster Recovery shall be defined as the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development.
Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.
Medical assessment means an assessment of a patient’s medical condition secured by our Assistance Company working in conjunction with the Medical Evacuation Provider’s medical director and in collaboration with the attending physician. The Assistance Company in collaboration with the Medical Evacuation Provider, will utilize the assessment to determine at its sole discretion whether a Plan Holder is fit to fly; the most appropriate means to provide medical evacuation; the medical personnel who will be accompanying the patient on the transport; and to confirm the medical facility closest to one’s home can meet their medical needs. If the patient’s medical facility of choice is unable to provide the high level of medical care required by the patient, arrangements will be made to transport the patient to the appropriate medical facility closest to their home, or closest to patient's preferred medical facility in the US when possible.
Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.
Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
Disaster Recovery Services means the Services embodied in the processes and procedures for restoring the provision of Services following the occurrence of a Disaster, as detailed further in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);
Consumables and medical devices means (consumables) items that require regular replacement (e.g. batteries) to keep a medical device (such as a hearing aid) operational. Many medical devices require consumables.
Error Correction means the use of reasonable commercial efforts to correct Errors.
Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.
Decontamination means a process that attempts to remove or reduce to an acceptable level a contaminant exceeding an allowable threshold set forth in these Rules in a harvest batch or production batch.
Storm water or wastewater collection system means piping, pumps, conduits, and any other equipment necessary to collect and transport the flow of surface water run-off resulting from precipitation, or domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater to and from retention areas or any areas where treatment is designated to occur. The collection of storm water and wastewater does not include treatment except where incidental to conveyance.
Remanufacturing means the activity of overhauling, retrofitting, fabricating, or repairing a product or its component parts for ultimate sale at retail.
Wastewater Treatment Works means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes, and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "waste treatment plant" or "wastewater treatment plant" or "pollution control plant".
Operating Environment means, collectively, the platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.
Nonpoint source pollution means pollution such as sediment, nitrogen, phosphorous, hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and toxics whose sources cannot be pinpointed but rather are washed from the land surface in a diffuse manner by stormwater runoff.
