Material and Equipment definition

Material and Equipment means property, including without limitation all exploration, appraisal and development facilities together with supplies and equipment, acquired and held for use in Petroleum Operations.
Material and Equipment means personal property, supplies and equipment (including capital equipment) acquired or held for use on or in connection with the Joint Venture.
Material and Equipment shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.
