Authority Act definition

Authority Act means Title 49, Chapter 8 (Section 49-1201 et seq.) of the Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”).
Authority Act means Division 12.5 (commencing with Section 131000) of the Public Utilities Code of the State of California, as amended and supplemented from time to time pursuant to its terms.
Authority Act means the provisions of the Fort Ord Reuse Authority Act, Title 7.85, Section 67650, et seq., (also known as Senate Bill 899, Chapter 64 of the 1994 California Statutes) of the California Government Code, as may be amended from time to time.
