Marketable Stock means Common Stock or common stock of any corporation that is the successor to all or substantially all of the business or assets of the corporation as a result of a Fundamental Change (or of the ultimate parent of such successor), which is (or will, upon distribution thereof, be) listed or quoted on the NYSE, the AMEX, the Nasdaq NMS or any similar system of automated dissemination of quotations of securities prices in the United States.

  • Parent Preferred Stock means the preferred stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.
