marine waters definition

marine waters means marine waters as defined in Article 3(1) of Directive 2008/56/EC;
marine waters means those waters subject to tidal influence, and includes the waterways used for waterborne commercial vessel traffic to the Port of Sacramento and the Port of Stockton.
marine waters means all oceanic, offshore waters outside of estuaries or bays and within the territorial limits of the State of Oregon.
