Aquatic lands" means all state-owned tidelands, shorelands, harbor areas, and the beds of navigable waters as defined in ((chapter 79.90)) RCW 79.105.060 that are administered by the department.
Aquatic lands authorizations are typically issued once all permits and approvals for a project are obtained.
