Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date definition

Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date means each Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the first Scheduled Trading Day thereafter unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. If any such day is a Disrupted Day, then:
Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date means each Valuation Date (except the Initial Valuation Date and the Final Valuation Date, subject to Condition 23 (Disrupted Days).

  • Worst Performing Underlying means, in respect of a Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date or the Final Valuation Date, the Underlying having the lowest Performance on such Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date or the Final Valuation Date PROVIDED THAT if the Underlyings have the same lowest Performance, the Calculation Agent shall determine which Underlying shall constitute the Worst Performing Underlying for such date.

  • For the purposes hereof: Autocall Barrier Level means, in respect of a Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date, the percentage specified for such Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date under the heading "Autocall Barrier Level" in the table set out in paragraph 4 below.

  • For the purposes hereof: Autocall Barrier Level means, in respect of a Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date, the percentage specified for such Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date under the heading "Autocall Barrier Level" in the table set out in paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 below.

  • For the purposes hereof: Autocall Barrier Level means, in respect of a Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date, the percentage specified for such Specified Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date under the heading "Autocall Barrier Level" in the table set out in paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 below.

Related to Mandatory Early Redemption Valuation Date

  • SPS Redemption Valuation Date means the Settlement Price Date.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Amount means the Automatic Early Redemption Amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

  • Early Redemption Date means the date on which the Notes become due and payable pursuant to Condition 9;

  • Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Early Redemption Level (k) means the Early Redemption Factor (k) x R (initial).

  • Redemption Value means, in respect of a Unit, the price per Unit at which such Unit is redeemed, calculated in accordance with the Trust Deed.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that, if the Shares are not Publicly Traded, the Specified Redemption Date means the thirtieth Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption.

  • Early Redemption Amount (Tax) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Make-whole Redemption Rate means (i) the average of the four quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security on the fourth Business Day preceding the Make-whole Redemption Date at 11:00 a.m. (Central European Time ("CET")) ("Reference Dealer Quotation") or (ii) the Reference Screen Rate, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Redemption Calculation Date means the sixth Payment Business Day prior to the date on which the Notes are redeemed as a result of any event specified in this § 5(3).(b) Notice of redemption shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders in accordance with § 14 and shall be delivered to the Fiscal Agent not less than 15 days before and shall at least specify:

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.
