Upon a redemption notice having been given under Section 4.14.1(a), all Notes shall thereupon be and become due and payable at the Mandatory Redemption Price on the Mandatory Redemption Date, in the same manner and with the same effect as if it were the final Stated Maturity specified in the Notes, anything therein or herein to the contrary notwithstanding.
Upon Notes being called for mandatory redemption under Section 4.14.1(a), the Issuer shall deposit with the Trustee or any Paying Agent, on or before 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the Business Day immediately prior to the Mandatory Redemption Date, such sums of money as may be sufficient to pay the Mandatory Redemption Price for the Notes.

The Notes should be surrendered to the Paying Agent for payment of the Special Mandatory Redemption Price at the office of the Paying Agent as follows: [By Mail] [By Hand] [By Courier] The method chosen for the delivery of the Notes is at the option and risk of the holder.
In the event that the Special Mandatory Redemption Price payable upon such Special Mandatory Redemption for the Notes exceeds the amount on deposit in the Escrow Account, the Investors shall be required to fund the difference between the applicable Special Mandatory Redemption Price and the amount on deposit in the Escrow Account pursuant to a commitment provided by them.
