Majority of the Members definition

Majority of the Members means Members holding more than fifty percent (50%) of the total outstanding Percentage Interests of the Company as of a particular date (or if no date is specified, the first day of the then current calendar month).

Majority of the Members means, as of any given time, the Members holding the majority of the voting rights with respect to then outstanding Shares, as such voting rights are allocated pursuant to Section 5.01.
