Major Reconditioning means an improvement project which includes pavement resurfacing or minor reconditioning plus shoulder widening, ditch restoration, reduction of curvature or grades and intersection improvements.
Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.
Conditioning means drying, cleaning, scarifying, and other operations which could change the purity or germination of the seed and require the seed lot to be retested to determine the label information.
Reconditioned means restored to the original normal operating condition by readjustments and material replacement.

Reconstructed vehicle means every vehicle of a type required to be registered under this title
Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.
Rebuilt vehicle means any salvage vehicle which has been rebuilt and inspected for the purpose of registration and title;
Remanufacturing means the activity of overhauling, retrofitting, fabricating, or repairing a product or its component parts for ultimate sale at retail.
Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).
Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.
refurbishment means repairing of used electrical and electronic equipment as listed in Schedule I for extending its working life for its originally intended use and selling the same in the market or returning to owner;
Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.
HVAC means heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
Disposal system means a system for disposing of sewage, industrial waste, or other wastes, or for the use or disposal of sewage sludge. “Disposal system” includes sewer systems, treatment works, point sources, dispersal systems, and any systems designed for the usage or disposal of sewage sludge.
Recalibration means the adjustment of all DRG weights to reflect changes in relative resource consumption.
Control system means the combination of capture and control devices used to reduce emissions to the atmosphere.
Retrofit means to alter, improve, modify, remodel or renovate a building, facility or structure to make that building, facility or structure more energy-efficient.
Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.
Overhaul means the restoration of an aircraft or aircraft component using methods, techniques, and practices acceptable to the Authority, including disassembly, cleaning, and inspection as permitted, repair as necessary, and reassembly; and testing in accordance with approved standards and technical data, or in accordance with current standards and technical data acceptable to the Authority, which have been developed and documented by the State of Design, holder of the type certificate, supplemental type certificate, or a material, part, process, or appliance approval under Parts Manufacturing Authorisation (PMA) or Technical Standard Order (TSO);
Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;
Disaster Recovery System means the system identified by the Supplier in the Supplier Solution which shall be used for the purpose of delivering the Disaster Recovery Services;
