Lyon Group definition

Lyon Group means Xxxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx, their siblings, spouses and lineal descendants (including by step-, adoptive and similar relationships), any entities wholly owned by one or more of the foregoing persons, and any trusts or other estate planning vehicles for the benefit of any of the foregoing.
Lyon Group means General Xxxxxxx Xxxx and/or Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxx or any of his or her direct descendants or any trust or family limited liability company or partnership for the benefit of General Xxxxxxx Xxxx and/or Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxx or his or her direct descendants. The termLuxor Group” shall mean Luxor Capital Partners, LP and/or certain funds and accounts managed by Luxor Capital Partners, LP. The term “Xxxxxxx Group” shall mean Xxxxxxx & Co. Inc. and/or funds or accounts managed by Xxxxxxx & Co. Inc. or its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Inc., a Delaware corporation, WLH Recovery Acquisition LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and entity affiliated with, and managed by affiliates of Xxxxxxx & Co. Inc., and/or funds or accounts managed by Xxxxxxx & Co. Inc. or its wholly-owned subsidiaries, but only to the extent that the Xxxxxxx Group has continued to report its beneficial ownership of Parent’s securities on Schedule 13D promulgated under the Exchange Act, or any successor schedule, at all times following the Effective Date.
