Control Group means the individuals holding the following positions in the "insured organization":

More Definitions of Control Group

Control Group means the Company and any trade or business under common control with the Company within the meaning of Code §414(b) and (c).

Control Group means Mellon HBV Alternative Strategies, Ramius Capital Group, LLC and Castlerigg Master Investors, LTD.
