Aggregation Group definition

Aggregation Group means either a Required Aggregation Group or a Permissive Aggregation Group as hereinafter determined.

In addition, the TPA, at the direction of the Plan Administrator, may choose to treat any other qualified retirement plan as a member of the Aggregation Group if such Aggregation Group will continue to satisfy Sections 401(a)(4) and 410 of the Code with such plan being taken into account.

Aggregation Group means the group of plans, if any, that includes both the group of plans that are required to be aggregated and the group of plans that are permitted to be aggregated.
