Lower-Tier REMIC Interest. Any one of the classes of Lower Tier REMIC Interests described in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
Lower-Tier REMIC Interest has a principal balance that is initially equal to 5% of the Loan Group 1B principal balance. Except as provided in the immediately succeeding sentence, principal payments, both scheduled and prepaid, Realized Losses and Subsequent Recoveries will be allocated to the LT-1-X-Accrual-2 Interest in such manner as to cause the principal balance of the LT-1-X Accrual-2 Interest to have a principal balance equal to 5% of the Loan Group 1B principal balance plus (b) 100% of the net deferred interest in respect of Loan Group 1B. In the case of any Loan Group 1B Accretion Directed Class Increase Event, such items will be allocated to the Class LT-1-X-Accrual-2 Interest to reduce its balance to the Class LT-1-X-Accrual-2 Interest Target Amount.
Lower-Tier REMIC Interest has a principal balance that is initially equal to 90% of the Loan Group 1C principal balance.
