Subsequent Recoveries. As to any Distribution Date, with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan that resulted in a Realized Loss in a prior calendar month, unexpected amounts received by the Master Servicer (net of any related expenses permitted to be reimbursed pursuant to Section 3.08) specifically related to such Liquidated Mortgage Loan.
Subsequent Recoveries. As of any Distribution Date, amounts received by the Master Servicer (net of any related expenses permitted to be reimbursed pursuant to Section 3.10) or surplus amounts held by the Master Servicer to cover estimated expenses (including, but not limited to, recoveries in respect of the representations and warranties made by the related Seller pursuant to the applicable Seller's Agreement and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to Section 2.04) specifically related to a Mortgage Loan that was the subject of a Cash Liquidation or an REO Disposition prior to the related Prepayment Period that resulted in a Realized Loss.
Subsequent Recoveries. As of any Distribution Date, amounts received by the Servicer (net of any related expenses permitted to be reimbursed pursuant to Section 3.11) specifically related to a Mortgage Loan that was the subject of a liquidation or an REO Disposition prior to the related Prepayment Period that resulted in a Realized Loss.

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the Master Servicer shall transmit to the Trustee as required by this Agreement all documents and instruments in respect of a Mortgage Loan coming into the possession of the Master Servicer from time to time and shall account fully to the Trustee for any funds received by the Master Servicer or which otherwise are collected by the Master Servicer as Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds or Subsequent Recoveries in respect of any Mortgage Loan.

  • The Master Servicer shall be responsible for all other costs and expenses incurred by it in any such proceedings; provided, however, that it shall be entitled to reimbursement thereof from the proceeds of liquidation of the Mortgage Loan and Subsequent Recoveries with respect to the related Mortgaged Property, as provided in the definition of Liquidation Proceeds.

  • In the event that the Class Certificate Balance of any Class of Certificates is reduced because of Applied Realized Loss Amounts, the applicable Certificateholders will not be entitled to receive Basis Risk Carry Forward Amounts on the written down amounts on such Distribution Date or any future Distribution Dates (except to the extent such Class Certificate Balance is increased as a result of any Subsequent Recoveries), even if funds are otherwise available for distribution.
