Lottery Game Rules definition

Lottery Game Rules means any terms, conditions, explanations, rules and procedures, including the prize structure, issued by OLG or the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation from time to time (in addition to this Agreement) which apply to a Draw-Based Lottery Game Played Online and which are designated by OLG as Lottery Game Rules. Subject to Section 3, the Lottery Game Rules are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement;

  • In the event that the particulars printed on the Winning Ticket differ from the records of the Company's computer systems, the particulars recorded in the Company's computer systems shall be recognised by the Company as the correct particulars for the purposes of these Singapore Sweep Lottery Game Rules and for payment of a Prize, and the Claimant is bound by the particulars recorded in the Company's computer.

  • A Participant who places Bets with the Company is deemed to have accepted and agreed to any amendments to these Singapore Sweep Lottery Game Rules made prior to the placing of Bets by the Participant.

  • Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).

  • DOE Rules means DOE’s energy conservation regulations found in Title 10, Parts 429, 430, and 431 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

  • Site Rules means all rules, regulations, directives and policies notified by the Company from time to time which are intended to be of general application to persons at a Site controlled or managed by the Company.

  • ISO-NE Rules means all rules and procedures adopted by NEPOOL, ISO-NE, or the RTO, and governing wholesale power markets and transmission in New England, as such rules may be amended from time to time, including but not limited to, the ISO-NE Tariff, the ISO-NE Operating Procedures (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the ISO-NE Planning Procedures (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the Transmission Operating Agreement (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the Participants Agreement, the manuals, procedures and business process documents published by ISO-NE via its web site and/or by its e-mail distribution to appropriate NEPOOL participants and/or NEPOOL committees, as amended, superseded or restated from time to time.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • the Rules means the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended);

  • AIM Rules means the rules published by the London Stock Exchange governing admission to AIM and the regulation of AIM companies as amended or re-issued from time to time;

  • House Rules means written and posted rules governing house activities in the AFH-DD. These rules may not conflict with the AFH Bill of Rights.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Hague Rules means the International Convention for the Unification of certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25 August 1924.

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • SAFE Rules and Regulations means collectively, the Circular 37 and any other applicable SAFE rules and regulations.

  • Lottery or “state lottery” means the lottery created pursuant to this act and operated exclusively by or under the exclusive control of the bureau of state lottery.

  • Scheme Rules means the applicable SEPA direct debit or credit transfer scheme rules of the European Payments Council as amended from time to time.

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.

  • Consumer fireworks means fireworks devices that are designed to produce visible effects by combustion, that are required to comply with the construction, chemical composition, and labeling regulations promulgated by the United States consumer product safety commission under 16 CFR parts 1500 and 1507, and that are listed in APA standard 87-1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.5. Consumer fireworks does not include low-impact fireworks.

  • public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.
