LME Rulebook means The London Metal Exchange’s Rules and Regulations, from time to time.

LME Rulebook means the rules and regulation of the LME, as from time to time in effect.

The Agreement should be read in conjunction with Regulation 22 of Part 2 of the LME Rulebook (as defined below) which sets out rules governing incentive programmes offered by the LME from time to time.
