LK2 Permits definition

LK2 Permits means all of the following permits, licenses, authorizations and enrollments, to be obtained by LK2 during the Transition Period: (i) LK2 AFE; (ii) enrollment of LK2 with RADAR/Siscomex, under the same modality as the LK RADAR; and (iii) Municipal Sanitary License (Cadastro Municipal de Vigilância em Saúde), issued by the relevant authority of the Municipality of São Paulo (Coordenação de Vigilância em Saúde) for the same purposes as those contemplated by the LK Municipal Sanitary License.

Examples of LK2 Permits in a sentence

  • During the Transition Period, up to the last Business Day of every month following the filing of the LK2 AFE request before ANVISA, LK2 shall notify Buyer with the updated status of the obtaining of the LK2 Permits (each, a “Status Report”).

  • The period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on whichever event takes place earlier between the date: (i) of the publication, before the relevant Official Gazette (Diário Oficial), of the issuance of the last of the LK2 Permits; or (ii) that is twenty-four (24) months counted as from the date of this Agreement (the earlier of the events referred to in items (i) and (ii) referred to as “TP Termination Date”), is herein referred to as the “Transition Period”.

  • The Parties and LK2 shall endeavor their best efforts so as to expedite the conclusion of the issuance of all LK2 Permits to the extent possible, subject to the provisions of this Chapter.

  • Governmental Permits means all governmental permits, licenses, registrations, certificates of occupancy, approvals and other governmental authorizations.

  • Parent Permits means franchises, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, variances, exceptions, consents, concessions, registrations, clearances, exemptions, certificates, approvals and orders of any Governmental Authority necessary for Parent and each of its Subsidiaries to own, lease and operate their respective properties and assets or to carry on their respective businesses as they are now being conducted.

  • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Permits and Licenses means (a) all applicable authorizations, -------------------- consents, certificates, licenses, rights of way permits, approvals, waivers, exemptions, encroachment agreements, variances, franchises, permissions, and permits of any Governmental Authority and all documents and applications filed in connection therewith, and (b) all renewals thereof.

  • Required Governmental Approvals With respect to each Facility, all licenses, permits, accreditations, authorizations and certifications from any Governmental Authority which are material to or required for (i) the operation of such Facility and any Capital Addition thereto for its Primary Intended Use in accordance with all applicable, material Legal Requirements, including, without limitation, material state facility licenses, certificates of need, permits, provider agreements and accreditations or certifications from Medicare and/or Medicaid, and (ii) for any other use conducted on the Leased Property of such Facility and any Capital Additions thereto as may be permitted from time to time hereunder in accordance with all applicable, material Legal Requirements.

  • PAL permit means the major NSR permit, the minor NSR permit, or the State operating permit under a pro- gram that is approved into the State Implementation Plan, or the title V permit issued by the Administrator that establishes a PAL for a major sta- tionary source or a GHG-only source.

  • Business Permits means any approvals, permits, filings, registrations, etc which the Company is required to have for legally and validly operating all its businesses, including without limitation, Business License of Corporate Legal Person, Operation Permit of Value-added Telecommunication Service and such other relevant permits and licenses as required by the then-effective PRC Law.

  • Transferable Permits means those Permits and Environmental Permits with respect to the Assets or the Business which may be transferred to Buyer with or without a filing with, notice to, consent of or approval of any Governmental Authority, and excluding those Permits and Environmental Permits with respect to the Assets or the Business which are non-transferable to Buyer and with respect to which Buyer must apply for and obtain replacements.

  • Material Permits shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(m).

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • Governmental Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.

  • Environmental Licence means any Authorisation required at any time under Environmental Law.

  • Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.
