LiveWire Group definition

LiveWire Group means the Company and its direct or indirect subsidiaries; provided that, for purposes of Section 2(p), the term “LiveWire Group” means the Company and each other corporation, trade or business that, with the Company, constitutes a controlled group of corporations or group of trades or businesses under common control within the meaning of Code Sections 414(b) or (c), applied by substituting “at least 50 percent” for “at least 80 percent” each place it appears.

Examples of LiveWire Group in a sentence

  • LiveWire shall cause to be performed, and hereby guarantees the performance of, all actions, agreements and obligations set forth in this Agreement to be performed by any member of the LiveWire Group.
