LIBOR Credit Extension definition

LIBOR Credit Extension means a Credit Extension that bears interest based at the LIBOR Rate plus the LIBOR Rate Margin.
LIBOR Credit Extension means an Advance or Acquisition Loan that bears interest based on the sum of the LIBOR Rate plus the LIBOR Rate Margin.
LIBOR Credit Extension means a Credit Extension that bears interest based at the LIBOR Rate.

Examples of LIBOR Credit Extension in a sentence

  • The interest rate applicable to each LIBOR Credit Extension shall be determined in accordance with Section 3.6(a) hereunder.

  • Subject to Sections 3.6 and 3.7, such rate shall apply during the entire Interest Period applicable to such LIBOR Credit Extension, and interest calculated thereon shall be payable on the Interest Payment Date applicable to such LIBOR Credit Extension.

  • On and after the expiration of any Interest Period applicable to any LIBOR Credit Extension outstanding on the date of occurrence of an Event of Default or acceleration of the Obligations, the Effective Amount of such LIBOR Credit Extension shall, during the continuance of such Event of Default or after acceleration, bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Default Rate (as defined below).

  • On and after the expiration of any Interest Period applicable to any LIBOR Credit Extension outstanding on the date of occurrence of an Event of Default or acceleration of the Obligations, the Effective Amount of such LIBOR Credit Extension shall, during the continuance of such Event of Default or after acceleration, bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Prime Rate plus two percent (2.0%).

  • Any provision under the Existing Agreement or any other Existing Document that required, immediately prior to giving effect to the provisions of Article II of this Exhibit A, the Borrower to provide notice to the Administrative Agent of any borrowing, continuation, renewal, extension, reinstatement, increase, conversion or prepayment of any USD LIBOR Credit Extension shall be deemed, in each case, to require notice thereof with respect to a SOFR Credit Extension in lieu of such USD LIBOR Credit Extension.

  • Any provision under the Existing Agreement or any other Existing Document that required, immediately prior to giving effect to the provisions of Sections 1.01 and 1.02 of this Exhibit, the Borrower to provide notice to the Administrative Agent of a prepayment of any LIBOR Credit Extension shall be deemed, in each case, to refer to a SOFR Credit Extension in lieu of such LIBOR Credit Extension.

  • Any provision under the Existing Agreement or any other Existing Document that required, immediately prior to giving effect to the provisions of Article II of this Exhibit A, Borrower to provide a selection of an Interest Period with respect to any borrowing, continuation, renewal, extension, reinstatement, increase, conversion or prepayment of any USD LIBOR Credit Extension shall be, in each case, disregarded with respect to a SOFR Credit Extension solely to the extent of any such requirement.


More Definitions of LIBOR Credit Extension

LIBOR Credit Extension means an Advance or Acquisition Loan that bears interest based on the sum of the LIBOR Rate plus the LIBOR Rate Margin. “LIBOR Rate” means, for each Interest Period in respect of LIBOR Credit Extensions comprising part of the same Credit Extensions, an interest rate perannum (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of one percent (0.01%)) equal to LIBOR for such Interest Period divided by one (1) minus the Reserve Requirement for such Interest Period.

Related to LIBOR Credit Extension

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Revolving Credit Extension Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(f)(ii).

  • Credit Extension Date means the Borrowing Date for an Advance or the issuance date for a Facility LC.

  • Credit Extension means each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.

  • Revolving Line of Credit means the Commitments of the Lenders to make Revolving Loans pursuant to Section 3 of this Financing Agreement and assist the Companies in opening Letters of Credit, Bankers Acceptances, Steamship Guarantees and Airway Releases pursuant to Section 5 of this Financing Agreement, in an aggregate amount equal to $250,000,000.

  • Total Extensions of Credit at any time, the aggregate amount of the Extensions of Credit of the Lenders outstanding at such time.

  • Committed Advance means an advance made by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Committed Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Committed Advance, each of which is a “Type” of Committed Advance.
