Credit Extensions definition

Credit Extensions mean each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.
Credit Extensions means the Loans and the Letters of Credit.
Credit Extensions means (a) an Advance made by any Lender, and (b) the issuance, increase or extension of any Letter of Credit by the Issuing Lender.

  • Administrative Agent shall have received a completed Committed Loan Notice and/or Letter of Credit Application, duly executed by a Responsible Officer of Borrower Representative with respect to any Credit Extensions to be made on the Closing Date.

Credit Extensions as of any day, shall be equal to the sum of (a) the principal balance of all Loans then outstanding, and (b) the then amount of the Letter of Credit Outstandings.
