Credit Extensions definition

Credit Extensions mean each of the following: (a) a Borrowing and (b) an L/C Credit Extension.

Credit Extensions means the Loans and the Letters of Credit.

Credit Extensions means (a) an Advance made by any Lender, and (b) the issuance, increase or extension of any Letter of Credit by the Issuing Lender.

Examples of Credit Extensions in a sentence

• The accounts or records maintained by the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall be conclusive absent manifest error of the amount of the Credit Extensions made by the Lenders to the Borrower and the interest and payments thereon.

• Borrower promises to pay Lender the unpaid principal amount of all Credit Extensions and interest on the unpaid principal amount of the Credit Extensions.

• The Credit Extensions made by each Lender shall be evidenced by one or more accounts or records maintained by such Lender in the ordinary course of business.

Credit Extensions as of any day, shall be equal to the sum of (a) the principal balance of all Loans then outstanding, and (b) the then amount of the Letter of Credit Outstandings.
