Examples of Total Revolving Extensions of Credit in a sentence
If at any time or for any reason the aggregate amount of the Total Revolving Extensions of Credit exceeds the amount of the Total Revolving Commitments then in effect (any such excess, an “Overadvance”), the Borrower shall immediately pay the full amount of such Overadvance to the Administrative Agent, without notice or demand.
In addition, the amount of the Total Revolving Extensions of Credit outstanding after giving effect to any requested borrowing of Revolving Loans shall not exceed the Available Revolving Commitments then in effect.
