Revolving Advance definition
Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.
Revolving Advance means an Advance comprised of Revolving Loans.
Revolving Advance means an advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Borrowing, including a Base Rate Advance made pursuant to Section 2.03(c), but excluding any L/C Advance made as part of an L/C Borrowing and any Swingline Advance, and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Advance (each of which shall be a Type of Revolving Advance).

Any such request for a Revolving Loan Advance by Borrower must be made by 1:00 p.m. EST two (2) Business Days prior to the proposed borrowing date and shall contain a certification from an officer of Borrower representing that all conditions precedent to the funding of such Revolving Advance contained herein are satisfied.
B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby agrees to deliver to the Agent and Backup Servicer or, upon the request of the Agent, to the Servicer, on or prior to the date of each Revolving Advance, the Verification Deliverables for each Lease that is to be added to the Collateral in connection with such Revolving Advance.
