LIBO Rate Funding definition

LIBO Rate Funding means any portion of the principal balance of the Notes bearing interest at a LIBO Rate.
LIBO Rate Funding means a Funding for which the Applicable Rate is determined pursuant to the LIBO Rate.
LIBO Rate Funding means a Funding for which the Applicable Rate is determined pursuant to the LIBO Rate. "LIBO Rate Reserve Percentage" for any Interest Period for all LIBO Rate Fundings means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities as defined in Regulation D (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on LIBO Rate Funding is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

Examples of LIBO Rate Funding in a sentence

  • Unless the Borrower requests a new LIBO Rate Funding in accordance with the procedures set forth above, or prepays the principal of an outstanding LIBO Rate Funding at the expiration of an Interest Period, the Lenders shall automatically and without request of the Borrower convert each LIBO Rate Funding to a Floating Rate Funding on the last day of the relevant Interest Period.

  • In no event may the Borrower request a LIBO Rate Funding if, after giving effect to such LIBO Rate Funding, the Borrower would be required to prepay a LIBO Rate Funding in order to make any regularly scheduled principal payment.

  • Interest on any LIBO Rate Funding shall be due and payable on the last day of the applicable Interest Period or, if such Interest Period is in excess of three months, on the last day of each three-month period during such Interest Period and on the last day of such Interest Period.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the principal amount specified by the Borrower in the applicable request for a LIBO Rate Funding shall bear interest from and including the first day of the Interest Period specified therein to but not including the last day of such Interest Period, at the LIBO Rate applicable thereto, determined as set forth herein, (subject to fluctuations in the applicable Margin).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the principal amount specified by the Borrower in the applicable request for a LIBO Rate Funding shall bear interest from and including the first day of the Interest Period specified therein to but not including the last day of such Interest Period, at the LIBO Rate applicable thereto, determined as set forth herein.

  • Interest on each Funding Segment of the LIBO Rate Portion shall be due and payable on the last day of the corresponding LIBO Rate Funding Period and, if such LIBO Rate Funding Period is longer than three months, on each Regular Payment Date.

  • Each such notice shall be effective upon receipt by the Agent, shall be in writing or by telephone or telecopy transmission, shall specify the date and amount of such LIBO Rate Funding and the Interest Period therefor.

  • The Interest Period applicable to each LIBO Rate Funding shall begin on a Business Day, and the amount of each LIBO Rate Funding shall be an integral multiple of $1,000,000 and not less than $25,000,000.

  • The Interest Period applicable to each LIBO Rate Funding shall begin on a Business Day, and the amount of each LIBO Rate Funding shall be an integral multiple of $1,000,000 and not less than $5,000,000.

  • Any branch, subsidiary or affiliate so deemed shall be known as a "Notional LIBO Rate Funding Office".

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the LIBO Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if the LIBO Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an “Impacted Interest Period”) then the LIBO Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate (Reserve Adjusted) means, with respect to any Settlement Period and any portion of the Capital, a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) determined pursuant to the following formula: Eurodollar Rate = Eurodollar Rate (Reserve Adjusted) 1 - Eurodollar Reserve Percentage where:

  • Eurocurrency Base Rate means, with respect to a Eurocurrency Rate Advance for the relevant Interest Period:

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Eurocurrency Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted) means, relative to any Loan to be made, continued or maintained as, or converted into, a LIBO Rate Loan for any Interest Period, a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/16 of 1%) determined pursuant to the following formula:

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

The Eurocurrency Rate for each outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage.

  • Eurodollar when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate.

  • Eurodollar Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurodollar Rate for each outstanding Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.

  • Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurodollar Rate.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning assigned thereto in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • Eurocurrency Reserve Requirement means the sum (without duplication) of the rates (expressed as a decimal) of reserves (including, without limitation, any basic, marginal, supplemental, or emergency reserves) that are required to be maintained by banks during the Interest Period under any regulations of the Federal Reserve Board, or any other governmental authority having jurisdiction with respect thereto, applicable to funding based on so-called “Eurocurrency Liabilities”, including Regulation D (12 CFR 224).

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • LIBOR Rate Reserve Percentage means as of any day the maximum percentage in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency Liabilities”).

  • LIBO Rate Advances means a Competitive Bid Advance denominated in Dollars or in any Foreign Currency and bearing interest based on the LIBO Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Interest Period means the Interest Period applicable to a Eurocurrency-based Advance.

  • Bank Rate means the one year marginal cost of lending rate (MCLR) of the State Bank of India issued from time to time plus 350 basis points;”

  • Eurocurrency when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).
