Leveraged Loan Index. With respect to (a) an obligation that is a Loan, The Daily Morningstar/LSTA U.S. Leveraged Loan Index, Bloomberg ticker SPBDALB, and (b) an obligation that is a not a Loan, The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ US High Yield Master II Constrained Index, Bloomberg ticker HUC0, and in each case, any successor index thereto or any comparable U.S. leveraged loan or bond index (as applicable) reasonably designated by the Collateral Manager and provides notice of to the Rating Agencies.
