Environmental Notices definition

Environmental Notices means notice from any Environmental Authority or by any other person or entity, of possible or alleged noncompliance with or liability under any Environmental Requirement, including without limitation any complaints, citations, demands or requests from any Environmental Authority or from any other person or entity for correction of any violation of any Environmental Requirement or any investigations concerning any violation of any Environmental Requirement.

Environmental Notices means any written communication from any Environmental Authority stating possible or alleged noncompliance with or possible or alleged liability under any Environmental Requirement, including without limitation any complaints, citations, demands or requests from any Environmental Authority for correction of any purported violation of any Environmental Requirements or any investigation concerning any purported violation of any Environmental Requirements. Environmental Notices also shall mean (i) any written communication from any other Person threatening litigation or administrative proceedings against or involving the Company relating to alleged violation of any Environmental Requirements and (ii) any complaint, petition or similar documents filed by any other Person commencing litigation or administrative proceedings against or involving the Company relating to alleged violation of any Environmental Requirements.

• The Borrowers shall promptly notify and furnish Agent with a copy of any and all Environmental Notices which are received by it or any Credit Party in connection with the Property.

Environmental Notices means summons, citations, directives, information inquiries or requests, notices of potential responsibility, Environmental Claims, investigations, letters, notices of environmental liens or response actions in progress, and other communications, written or oral, actual or threatened, received by Tenant or any occupant of the Premises, from any federal, state, or local agency or authority, or any other entity or individual (including both governmental and non-governmental entities and individuals), concerning: (a) any actual or alleged release of any Hazardous Material on, to, or from the Premises or any part of the Project; or (b) any actual or alleged violation of or liability under Environmental Laws.
