Lease Applications definition

Lease Applications means the sixteen (16) mineral lease applications in the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx region of Latah County, Idaho on file with the IDL in the names of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Northwest Kaolin Inc as more fully described in Exhibits A, parts 1 and 2.
