Landfill Closure Plan means the closure plan required by the December 14, 1988 NYS DEC order of consent and approved by the NYS DEC, as same may be amended from time to time with the approval of the NYS DEC.

In addition the document shall identify and require the implementation of control measures, and shall include, but not be limited to the inclusion of, or the incorporation by reference of, an approved erosion and sediment control plan, an approved stormwater management plan, and a pollution prevention plan.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit or “NPDES” means a permit issued by the MPCA as required by federal law for the purpose of regulating the discharge of pollutants from point sources into waters of the United States from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as defined by federal law
