Electrical cleaner means a product labeled to remove heavy soils such as grease, grime or oil from electrical equipment such as electric motors, armatures, relays, electric panels or generators. “Electrical cleaner” does not include general purpose cleaner, general purpose degreaser, dusting aid, electronic cleaner, energized electrical cleaner, pressurized gas duster, engine degreaser, anti-static product or products designed to clean the casings or housings of electrical equipment.
