Phase 3 tasks will include all actions identified in the Reclamation Plan and any Hazardous Materials/Waste Management Plan, and shall conclude upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s written confirmation that all Phase 3 Lease requirements have been fulfilled to Lessor’s satisfaction.
During Phase 2 of this Lease, Lessee may terminate this Lease by giving Lessor ( ) days’ prior written notice of termination and completing all Lessee’s obligations under the Reclamation Plan accepted by Lessor.
