Land Lease Agreement (LLA). – means the agreement dated [Insert Date] to be entered into between the Company and Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) for the lease of land of the Project by BPDB to the Company on which the Facility shall be located, as may be amended from time to time by the parties thereto.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.
