Lake Privileges definition

Lake Privileges means those privileges and access or easement rights to use LOC Property or Oswego Lake granted by previously recorded instruments exclusively to occupants of the principal residence on (i) each lot surrounding Oswego Lake or (ii) on lots in certain upland subdivisions.
Lake Privileges means the rights to access the Lake and to use Corporation property that were granted by recorded instruments exclusively to occupants of the principal residence (i) on each lot surrounding Oswego Lake or (ii) on lots in certain upland subdivisions.
Lake Privileges means the opportunity to be upon or use any part of Oswego Lake or certain real property of the LOC.
