Corporation Property. Employee acknowledges that all trade secrets and Confidential Information are and shall remain the sole, exclusive and valuable property of the Corporation and that Employee has and shall acquire no right, title or interest therein. Any and all printed, typed, written and other material which Employee may have or obtain with respect to trade secrets or Confidential Information (including without limitation all copyrights therein) shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Corporation, and any and all such material (including any copies) and all other Corporation property shall, upon request of the Corporation, be promptly delivered by Employee to the Corporation.

Corporation Property. Confidential Information (including any reproduction thereof) shall remain the sole property of the Corporation and shall be returned to the Corporation immediately upon request to this effect or immediately after the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason.
Corporation Property. The Executive acknowledges that all materials of the Corporation relating to the business and affairs of the Corporation, including, without limitation, manuals, documents, reports, equipment, technology, devices, hardware, software, corporate credit cards, security passes and keys, working materials and lists of customers or suppliers prepared by the Corporation or by the Executive in the course of the Executive’s employment (or as part of the Executive’s on-boarding prior to the Term) (collectively, “Corporation Property”) are for the benefit of the Corporation and are and will remain the property of the Corporation. The Executive shall return all Corporation Property in his or her possession or under his or her control in good condition forthwith upon any request by the Corporation or upon any termination of this Agreement and of the Executive’s employment hereunder (regardless of the reason for such termination).
Corporation Property. The Executive agrees that upon termination of his employment by the Corporation for any reason, or at such earlier time as the Corporation may request, the Executive shall forthwith return to the Corporation all documents and other property in his possession belonging to the Corporation or any of its Affiliates.

Corporation Property. (a) Any inventions, discoveries, designs, developments, improvements, copyrightable and patentable material, or trade secrets that Employee solely or jointly may conceive, develop, author, reduce to practice or otherwise produce during Employee’s employment with the Corporation or its Subsidiary, regardless of when reduced to writing or practice, which pertain to any aspect of the Corporation’s or its Subsidiaries’ business as described above (collectively herein “Inventions”) shall be the sole and absolute property of the Corporation and its Subsidiaries, and Employee shall promptly report and fully disclose the same to the Corporation and promptly execute any and all documents that may from time to time reasonably be requested by the Corporation to assure the Corporation the full and complete ownership thereof.
Corporation Property. (a) Any patents, inventions, discoveries, applications or processes designed, devised, planned, applied, created, discovered or invented by Employee during Employee's employment, regardless of when reduced to writing or practice, which pertain to any aspect of the Corporation's or its Subsidiaries' or affiliates' business as described above shall be the sole and absolute property of the Corporation, and Employee shall promptly report the same to the Corporation and promptly execute any and all documents that may from time to time reasonably be requested by the Corporation to assure the Corporation the full and complete ownership thereof.

Corporation Property. All the Corporation property in the possession or control of Consultant including, but not limited to specifications, documentation, source code, magnetic media, and building entry keys and cards, as well as all material developed or derived by Consultant in performing its duties under this Agreement will be returned by Consultant to the Corporation on demand, or at the termination of this Agreement whichever shall come first.
Corporation Property. All materials relating to the business and affairs of the Corporation, including, without limitation, all manuals, documents, reports, equipment, working materials, lists of members and clients, and information collected or prepared by the Corporation or the Consultant in the course of the Consultant's engagement, are the property of the Corporation. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Consultant shall cease the use of such materials, return them to the Corporation (including all copies and reproductions that may have been made or received), and delete related information from all retrieval systems and databases used by the Consultant.

The term "property" herein includes, but is not limited to, documents, reports, files, memoranda and records, door and file keys, computer access codes, software, and all physical and personal property, whether of the Corporation or a customer of the Corporation, which Consultant has in his possession, or received, or helped to prepare in connection with his 3 previous employment with the Corporation or the provision of services under this Agreement.
