Entitlements definition

Entitlements means, with respect to any Offering, the license and use types, limits, volume, or other measurement or conditions of permitted use for such Offering as set forth in the applicable Order or Supplemental Terms, including but not limited to any limits or restrictions on the number and categories of users authorized to use such Offering, permitted geographic areas, available storage space, computing power, or other attributes and metrics.
Entitlements means monies or gifts provided by the state as part of subsidy programs for which the distribution of funds is determined in accordance with specific eligibility criteria or by formula. Examples included but shall not be limited to: food stamps, general public assistance, medical assistance payments, and school aid formula funds.
Entitlements means the legal, equitable, contractual and any other rights or claims (whether actual or contingent, and whether or not previously asserted) of any Person: (a) with respect to or arising out of, or in connection with, the Existing Common Shares, including, without limitation, any options, warrants or other rights to acquire Existing Common Shares; (b) with respect to or arising out of, or in connection with, the Existing Notes and the Indentures (other than the right to be paid unpaid accrued interest on the Existing Notes up to and including March 31, 2008); and (c) to acquire or receive any of the foregoing as set forth in clauses (a) or (b).

Examples of Entitlements in a sentence

  • If a Vendor indicates on such attestation form that he or she is a qualified alien, the Vendor agrees to provide the US Citizenship and Immigration Services documentation required to verify the Vendor’s lawful presence in the United States using the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program.

  • Any remaining portion of such Terminated and Reduced Purchaser Entitlements that is not included under such agreement by Los Angeles shall be allocated to such remaining Purchasers, including Los Angeles, in the manner provided in Section 42.2; and IPA shall provide in such replacement Appendix A and replacement Appendix B for such allocation of the remaining Terminated and Reduced Purchaser Entitlements to such remaining Purchasers, including Los Angeles.

More Definitions of Entitlements

Entitlements means the license metrics and other scope limitations applicable to the Customer’s license rights to access and use the Subscription Services, as specified in the applicable Sales Order.
Entitlements means all present and future approvals, permits, licenses and other entitlements, including, without limitation, all development approvals, mitigation measures, and conditions of development, that are issued or to be issued by any federal, state, regional or municipal government or authority and are required at any time between the Effective Date and the Surrender Date in connection with the development, construction, use, ownership, management, operation or occupancy of the Premises or the Project.
Entitlements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a)(i).
Entitlements is defined to include each application and discretionary action of the City, its Planning Commission, and Agency for the Project, the Improvements and this Agreement, including compliance with all requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), a Conditional Use Permit, if applicable, Parcel Map, and any and all conditions of approval related thereto, and any amendments, supplements, and modifications thereto.
Entitlements shall have the meaning set forth in Recital F.2 of this Agreement and shall also include, for purposes of this Agreement, any Subsequent Entitlements approved by City.
Entitlements shall have the meaning given such term in Section 1.1(a)(vii) hereof.
Entitlements means the legal, equitable, contractual and any other rights or Claims (whether actual or contingent, and whether or not previously asserted) of any Person with respect to or arising out of, or in connection with, the Debentures or the Indenture, as the case may be, and to acquire or receive any of the foregoing, other than those created under the Arrangement;
