If a Vendor indicates on such attestation form that he or she is a qualified alien, the Vendor agrees to provide the US Citizenship and Immigration Services documentation required to verify the Vendor’s lawful presence in the United States using the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program.
