laid means laid in accordance with Standing Order 15;
laid means laid before the Parliament, “reporting period” means—
Bench means a Bench of the Appellate Tribunal;

Trial – means the proceeding in court or in a covered administrative proceeding when the parties try their case beginning with the impaneling of a jury in a jury trial or with opening statement if the parties are in a non-jury trial. Concealed means hidden from sight as in chases, furred spaces, shafts, hung ceilings, or embedded in construction.
Dock means a fixed or floating structure extending from land out over water, including access walkways, terminal platforms, catwalks, mooring pilings, lifts, davits, and other associated water-dependent structures, used for mooring and accessing vessels.
Grounding means the formal prohibition of an aircraft to take-off and the taking of such steps as are necessary to detain it;
Dike means an embankment or ridge of either natural or man-made materials used to prevent the movement of liquids, sludges, solids, or other materials.
FedRAMP means the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (see xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), which is an assessment and authorization process that federal government agencies have been directed to use to ensure security is in place when accessing Cloud computing products and services.
Trail means a path of travel for recreation and/or transportation within a park, natural environment, or corridor that is not classified as a highway, road, or street.
Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.
Sidelights means a green light on the starboard side and a red light on the port side each showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 112.5 degrees and so fixed as to show the light from right ahead to 22.5 degrees abaft the beam on its respective side. In a vessel of less than 20 metres in length the sidelights may be combined in one lantern carried on the fore and aft centreline of the vessel.
Fitting means everything used, designed, or intended for use, in or in connection with the generation, conversion, transformation, conveyance, or use of electricity;
The Vetting and Barring Scheme means the scheme set up under the provisions of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
SEA means the State Energy Account issued by State Load Dispatch Centre, and amendment thereto.
carriageway means a way constituting or comprised in a highway being a way (other than a cycle track) over which the public have a right of way for the passage of vehicles;
Anchorage means the system by which the seat assembly is secured to the vehicle structure, including the affected parts of the vehicle structure;

Topping means the severing of main trunks or stems of vegetation at any place above 25 percent of the vegetation height.
Winter means a period starting on 1st October and ending on the following 30th April;
Stack means any point in a source designed to emit solids, liquids, or gases into the air, including a pipe or duct but not including flares.
Alley means a public right-of-way, other than a street, affording secondary means of access to abutting property.
Mooring means any swing or pile mooring whether private, commercial or recreational mooring that is located within the coastal marine area of the Northland.
Shoulder means that part of a highway between the portion regularly traveled by vehicular traffic
