Kit or box definition

Kit or box means the personal tools, accessories, or other equipment of a specialist or tradesperson that utilizes the instruments to complete their specialized tasks in the motion picture and television film industry and includes a makeup artist's equipment and a set designer's construction tools.

  • Performance Cash means any cash incentives granted pursuant to Article 9 payable to the Participant upon the achievement of such performance goals as the Committee shall establish.

  • Variable Return means a percentage calculated as follows:

  • Investment Objective : means the objective of securing the return described in the brochure to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.

  • Investment Objectives means the investment objectives of the Fund as set forth in the Declaration of Trust as described in section 1.1.1 of this Annual Information Form.

  • Section 162(m) Award means a Performance Award granted under Section 6(k)(i) to a Covered Employee that is intended to satisfy the requirements for “performance-based compensation” within the meaning of Section 162(m).

  • Final Award means, in the context of this Request for Proposals and all its attendant documents, that point at which the final required signature on the contract(s) resulting from the procurement has been affixed to the contract(s) thus making it fully executed.

  • Umbrella Cash Account means (a) a cash account designated in a particular currency opened

  • Dividend Equivalent Right means an Award entitling the grantee to receive credits based on cash dividends that would have been paid on the shares of Stock specified in the Dividend Equivalent Right (or other award to which it relates) if such shares had been issued to and held by the grantee.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.
