July 1st definition

July 1st means the effective date in July of any adjustment to TUMF made pursuant to the TUMF Ordinance; provided that if no adjustment takes effect by July 25, “July 1st” means the first Business Day of July.

Examples of July 1st in a sentence

  • The continuing purchase by City of the Goods and/or Services set forth in this Agreement is subject to City’s needs and to City’s annual appropriation of sufficient funds in City’s fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th) in which such Goods and/or Services are purchased.

  • Payments are due on the last business day in January and on July 1st of each year.

  • The City plans and makes appropriations to the City Budget with respect to a fiscal year that starts July 1st and ends June 30th of each year.

  • New Business InformationEvery person who commences business on or after July 1st may pay one-half (1/2) the annual license for such business for that calendar year.

  • Payments are due on the last business day in January and on July 1st.

  • In the event necessary funding appropriation is not granted, the multi-year contract shall be null and void, effective July 1st of the affected year.

  • The twelve (12) month period beginning July 1st and ending the following June 30th.

  • This provision applies when the qualifying date occurs before July 1st in each year.

  • In the event that the necessary funding is not approved, then the affected multi-year contract becomes null and void, effective July 1st of the fiscal year for which such approval has been denied.

Related to July 1st

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;

  • First Call Date means the date falling 24 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.
