Income trust means a trust or an entity, including corporate and non-corporate entities, the securities of which entitle the holder to net cash flows generated by an underlying business or income-producing properties owned through the trust or by the entity;
the Macfarlane Trust means the charitable trust, established partly out of funds provided by the Secretary of State to the Haemophilia Society, for the relief of poverty or distress among those suffering from haemophilia;
Owner Trust means the trust created by this Agreement.
Delaware Trust Assets Purchaser means the Computershare Delaware Trust Company.
the Trust Fund means the Bond(s) referred to in the First Schedule to the Declaration of Trust and the property from time to time representing the same (and also includes any other property which may become Trust Property as a result of any loan to the Trustees or any addition by way of gift or any accumulation of income).
PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.
Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.
the Eileen Trust means the charitable trust of that name established on 29th March 1993 out of funds provided by the Secretary of State for the benefit of persons eligible for payment in accordance with its provisions;
Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.
Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.
Insurance Trustee means an entity authorized to carry on the business of a trust company under the laws of Alberta selected from time to time on resolution of the Board, whose duties include the receiving, holding and disbursing of proceeds of policies of insurance pursuant to these Bylaws and the Act. If no Insurance Trustee is appointed, then the Insurance Trustee shall be the Board;
Sub-Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b) of the Titling Trust Agreement.
Academy Trust shall include any company in which the Academy Trust: • holds more than 50% of the shares; or • controls more than 50% of the voting rights attached to the shares; or • has the right to appoint one or more directors to the board of the company.
First trust means a trust over which an authorized fiduciary may exercise the decanting power.
Administrative Trustees shall have the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.
Liquidation Trust means the trust created pursuant to the Liquidation Trust Agreement on the Effective Date in accordance with the Plan, the Confirmation Order and the Liquidation Trust Agreement.
the Trust means the Trust hereby established and which shall be called the Law Society Public Purposes Trust Fund;
Liquidating Trust Assets means the assets of a Debtor or Debtor-Controlled Entity to be transferred to a Liquidating Trust as may be determined by the Plan Administrator, which shall be described in a Liquidating Trust Agreement.
Property Trustee Account has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(c).
Master Trust means Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I.
state trust land means land owned by the state-
Business trust means a trust created for the purpose of making a profit through the combination of capital contributed by the beneficiaries of the trust and through the administration or management of the capital by trustees or a person acting on behalf of the trustees, for the benefit of the beneficiaries;
Indenture Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of the Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including all Collateral Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.
Delaware Trust Statute means the Delaware Statutory Trust Act, Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. C. § 3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.
Liquidating Trust means the liquidating trust maintained by the Trustee holding the Trust Assets of the Partnership, identified as the "PLM Equipment Growth Fund III Liquidating Trust"; also referred to herein as the "Trust."
