Joint Venture Operations means all activities as are necessary or desirable in order to implement and give full effect to the provisions and purposes of this Agreement;
Joint Venture Operations means all activities conducted by or on behalf of the parties pursuant to this Agreement on or after the Joint Venture Commencement Date;
