Venture definition

Venture means any group of two or more persons associated in fact, whether or not a legal entity.
Venture means the joint venture formed pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia by this Agreement.

Venture means the overall business relationship constituting a venture contemplated by this Agreement and includes all of the Venture Entities.
Venture is defined in the Preamble to this Agreement.
