JHU Licence definition

JHU Licence means the Exclusive License Agreement between Xxxxx Xxxxxxx University and Immunomic Therapeutics effective September 26, 2006.
JHU Licence means the Exclusive License Agreement between Johns Hopkins University and Immunomic Therapeutics effective September 26, 2006.

Related to JHU Licence

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • exclusive licence means a licence from the proprietor of or applicant for a patent conferring on the licensee, or on him and persons authorised by him, to the exclusion of all other persons (including the proprietor or applicant), any right in respect of the invention to which the patent or application relates, and “exclusive licensee” and “non-exclusive licence” shall be construed accordingly;

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.

  • class licence means a licence granted to all members of a class of persons, being a class specified in the licence;

  • network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under section 8 of the Railways Act l993;

  • relevant licence means a prospecting licence the term of which expires within 12 months after the day on which section 7 of the Mining Amendment Act 2004 comes into operation. (2) Despite sections 18, 23 and 27 but subject to the other provisions of this Act, the holder of a relevant licence has, while the licence continues in force, the right to apply for a prospecting licence in respect of the whole or any part of the land the subject of the relevant licence. (3) Where the holder of a relevant licence exercises the right conferred by subsection (2) and the term of the relevant licence would but for this subsection expire, the relevant licence shall continue in force in respect of the land the subject of the application for a prospecting licence until the application is determined. (4) If the holder of a relevant licence transfers the licence after making an application for a prospecting licence in the exercise of the right conferred by subsection (2), the application continues in the name of the transferee of the licence as if the transferee had made it.   • Patent License means any written agreement granting any right with respect to any invention on which a Patent is in existence or a Patent application is pending, in which agreement Borrower now holds or hereafter acquires any interest.

  • License means any Copyright License, Patent License, Trademark License or other license of rights or interests.

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

  • Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit H.

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.

  • Resort license means a license issued in accordance with Chapter 5, Retail License Act, and Chapter 8, Resort License Act.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the license of Intellectual Property by and between Weyerhaeuser and Newco substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Driver license means a license that is issued by a state to

  • Intellectual Property License means any license, sublicense, right, covenant, non-assertion, permission, immunity, consent, release or waiver under or with respect to any Intellectual Property Rights or Technology.

  • IP License means all Contractual Obligations (and all related IP Ancillary Rights), whether written or oral, granting any right, title and interest in or relating to any Intellectual Property.

  • Copyleft License means any license that requires, as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of software subject to such license, that such software subject to such license, or other software incorporated into, derived from, or used or distributed with such software subject to such license (i) in the case of software, be made available or distributed in a form other than binary (e.g., source code form), (ii) be licensed for the purpose of preparing derivative works, (iii) be licensed under terms that allow the Company’s or any Subsidiary of the Company’s products or portions thereof or interfaces therefor to be reverse engineered, reverse assembled or disassembled (other than by operation of Law) or (iv) be redistributable at no license fee. Copyleft Licenses include the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the Common Development and Distribution License, the Eclipse Public License and all Creative Commons “sharealike” licenses.
