January Warrants definition

January Warrants means the common stock purchase warrants issued in a registered direct offering on January 29, 2021.

January Warrants means warrants issued by the Company to Harbinger on January 6, 2009 to purchase an aggregate of 7,500,000 shares of Common Stock, and all warrants issued upon transfer, division or combination of, or in substitution for such warrants.
