Italian Securities Reference Price definition

Italian Securities Reference Price means the Prezzo di Riferimento, which means, in relation to a Share and a Scheduled Trading Day, the price for such Share published by the Italian Stock Exchange at the close of trading for such day and having the meaning ascribed thereto in the Rules of the Market organised and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, as such Rules may be amended by the Borsa Italiana S.p.a from time to time."AMENDMENTS TO THE DESCRIPTION OF BNPP INDICES The Description of BNPP Indices is amended as set out below:

Related to Italian Securities Reference Price

  • Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period.

  • Final Reference Price means an amount (which shall be deemed to be a monetary value in the Underlying Currency) equal to the level of the Index at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date or the Issuer Call Date, as the case may be, as determined by or on behalf of the Calculation Agent without regard to any subsequently published correction or (if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, no such level can be determined and no Market Disruption Event has occurred and is continuing) an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as its good faith estimate of the level of the Index on such date having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent determines relevant;

  • Final Reference Pricei means the official closing price of the Underlyingi on the Determination Date;

  • Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.

  • Initial Reference Price means the official closing price of the Underlying Share on Strike Date.

  • Initial Reference Pricei means as specified in the above table at item 15 (A) (i);

  • Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Fallback Reference Price (if the relevant parties have specified an alternate Commodity Reference Price in the Confirmation);

  • Quotation Amount means the amount in the Relevant Currency stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Initial Market Bid, Initial Market Offer, Physical Settlement Buy Request or Physical Settlement Sell Request in a Participating Bidder's Initial Market Submission, a Physical Settlement Request or Limit Order Submission, as applicable, which amount in each case will be an integral multiple of an amount equal to the Quotation Amount Increment.

  • Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Level in respect of such day.

  • Issuance Price means the Sales Price less the Selling Commission.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Acquisition Amount means, for an Acquired Receivable for which the Acquisition Amount is to be included in Available Funds for a Payment Date, the excess of (i) the present value of the Principal Balance of the Receivable as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Collection Period (calculated using the Discount Rate on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and assuming each amount is received at the end of the Collection Period in which the amount is scheduled to be received) over (ii) all cash collections and any other cash proceeds received by the Issuer on the related Receivable from (but excluding) the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Collection Period to the day on which such Receivable becomes an Acquired Receivable.

  • Reference Value means the last reported sales price of the Ordinary Shares for any twenty (20) trading days within the thirty (30) trading-day period ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which notice of the redemption is given.

  • Party A Final Exchange Amount An amount in Dollars equal to the principal amount outstanding of the Relevant Notes on the Final Exchange Date (before taking into account any redemption on such day).

If the closing of the primary exchange, the absence of a closing price or the market disruption event should last for five Business Days, the closing price of the relevant Reference Share will be a price determined on such fifth Business Day by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion and in good faith using market-accepted practices.

  • Standard reference compendia means the American Medical Association Drug Evaluations, the

  • unit of Reference Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.07(a).

  • Effective Price of Additional Shares of Common Stock shall mean the quotient determined by dividing the total number of Additional Shares of Common Stock issued or sold, or deemed to have been issued or sold by the Company under this Section 4F, into the aggregate consideration received, or deemed to have been received, by the Company for such issue under this Section 4F, for such Additional Shares of Common Stock.

  • Initial Price or “Initial Offer” means the price per Unit on the first day of the Initial Period determined by the Management Company.

Calculation Agent: Citibank; provided that, if an Event of Default described in Section 5(a)(vii) occurs with respect to Citibank as Defaulting Party and no Event of Default has occurred with respect to Counterparty as Defaulting Party, then Counterparty may designate any of Bank of America, NA, The Bank of Montreal, Barclays Bank plc, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank AG, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., UBS AG and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association as Calculation Agent, which designation shall be effective only (a) if such designated entity accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties of the Calculation Agent hereunder and (b) so long as such Event of Default with respect to Citibank as Defaulting Party continues. Unless otherwise specified, the Calculation Agent shall make all determinations, calculation s and adjustments required pursuant to this Confirmation in good faith and on a commercially reasonable basis. Calculation Agent City: New York Initial Price: In relation to any Reference Obligation (and the related Transaction), the Initial Price specified in Annex I. The Initial Price will be determined as of the related Obligation Trade Date exclusive of accrued interest and will be expressed as a percentage of the Reference Amount. The Initial Price will be determined exclusive of Costs of Assignment that would be incurred by a buyer in connection with any purchase of the Reference Obligation and exclusive of any Delay Compensation.
