IT Component definition

IT Component means any hardware or software/applications as set forth in a Statement of Work, including without limitation, websites, online surveys, website development and maintenance, the SFTP Server described in Section E, and any other IT products or services provided by Contractor for the performance of the Contract Activities. IT Component does not include Digital Content.
IT Component means the information technology cost components of the Monthly Service Charge.

  • Basket Component means each of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund, iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund, and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund.

  • Interest Component means, at any time of determination for any Conduit Investor, the aggregate Yield accrued and to accrue through the end of the current Rate Period for the Portion of Investment accruing Yield calculated by reference to the CP Rate at such time (determined for such purpose using the CP Rate most recently determined by its Administrator).

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Basket Componenti means the respective share as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "Calculation Agent" means the Calculation Agent as specified in § 2 (2) of the General Conditions.
