Contract Activities definition

Contract Activities means any activities directed to [*].
Contract Activities means any activities directed to the research, development or manufacture of a product(s) or component(s) of a product(s), including for example the expression and/or manufacture of a gene, protein or other product of interest, for (*)

Examples of Contract Activities in a sentence

  • The State, or a third party identified by the State, may perform the Contract Activities and recover the difference between the cost to cure and the Contract price plus an additional 10% administrative fee.

  • If acceptance with deficiencies or rejection of the Contract Activities impacts the content or delivery of other non-completed Contract Activities, the parties’ respective Program Managers must determine an agreed to number of days for re-submission that minimizes the overall impact to the Contract.

  • This Section applies to Contractor, any parent, affiliate, or subsidiary organization of Contractor, and any subcontractor that performs Contract Activities in connection with this Contract.

  • Late or improper completion of the Contract Activities will cause loss and damage to the State and it would be impracticable and extremely difficult to fix the actual damage sustained by the State.

  • Within 10 calendar days of providing notice, the State and its authorized representatives or designees have the right to enter and inspect Contractor's premises or any other places where Contract Activities are being performed, and examine, copy, and audit all records related to this Contract.

  • Contractor is provided a limited license to State Data for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the Contract Activities, including a license to collect, process, store, generate, and display State Data only to the extent necessary in the provision of the Contract Activities.

  • During the providing of the Contract Activities, on an ongoing basis from time to time and without notice, the State, at its own expense, is entitled to perform, or to have performed, an on-site audit of Contractor’s data privacy and information security program.

  • Without limiting any other audit rights of the State, the State has the right to review Contractor’s data privacy and information security program prior to the commencement of Contract Activities and from time to time during the term of this Contract.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Contract for any reason, Contractor must, for a period of time specified by the State (not to exceed 90 calendar days), provide all reasonable transition assistance requested by the State, to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the Contract Activities to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such Contract Activities to the State or its designees.

  • The Contractor must pay all reasonable costs incurred by the State in terminating this Contract for cause, including administrative costs, attorneys’ fees, court costs, transition costs, and any costs the State incurs to procure the Contract Activities from other sources.

Related to Contract Activities

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Motor Sport Activities means any motor sport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which CAMS regulates or administers by CAMS or otherwise under the responsibility / control of CAMS;

  • Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 2 of these Conditions; Funding Period means the period for which the Grant is awarded starting on the Commencement Date and ending on [INSERT PROJECT END DATE]; General Data Protection Regulations and GDPR means (Regulation (EU) 2016/679); Grant means the sum or sums the Authority will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with paragraph 4 of these Conditions and subject to the provisions set out at paragraph 26.

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • High Risk Activities means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

Overhead and other expenses related to “distribution activities” or “service activities,” including telephone and other communications expenses, may be included in the information regarding amounts expended for these activities.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Nuclear fuel cycle-related research and development activities means those activities which are specifically related to any process or system development aspect of any of the following: - conversion of nuclear material, - enrichment of nuclear material, - nuclear fuel fabrication, - reactors, - critical facilities, - reprocessing of nuclear fuel, - processing (not including repackaging or conditioning not involving the separation of elements, for storage or disposal) of intermediate or high-level waste containing plutonium, high enriched uranium or uranium-233, but do not include activities related to theoretical or basic scientific research or to research and development on industrial radioisotope applications, medical, hydrological and agricultural applications, health and environmental effects and improved maintenance.

  • Principal activities means activities authorized by the license which are essential to achieving the purpose(s) for which the license was issued or amended. Storage during which no licensed material is accessed for use or disposal and activities incidental to decontamination or decommissioning are not principal activities.

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:
