Issuer Trust Agreement definition

Issuer Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement of the Issuer, dated as of July 31, 2016, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, between the Depositor and the Issuer Owner Trustee.

Issuer Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement dated as of October 22, 2023, between EFCAR, LLC, as seller and Wilmington Trust Company, as owner trustee.
